ORDERING
To order from our online boutique, first choose the size you need and click the "Add to cart" button. Review the contents of your cart, available from "My cart" in the top right corner of the website, click "Continue" on the following steps, choose the payment method – cash on delivery – and finally click "Confirm your order". You will receive an order confirmation at the e-mail address given in your profile, and you can follow the status of your order in your profile on our website. Where necessary, we will contact you after you have placed your order to confirm product availability and the delivery details.
Every customer may cancel an order without giving a reason. Orders can be cancelled by e-mail at onlineshop@secretgardenshow.com. For the cancellation to be valid, please include in the e-mail the name you are registered with on our website, your e-mail address, the phone number given in the order, the order number, its contents and its value.
Orders received with incorrect or missing customer details are cancelled if we do not receive the correct details within 48 hours of the order being placed. Such orders receive the status „REJECTED”, as they cannot be fulfilled.
PAYMENT
Orders are paid cash on delivery via Econt Express when you receive the parcel.
DELIVERY
Orders from our online boutique are delivered throughout Bulgaria by Econt Express, to an Econt office or to an address of your choice. The delivery address must not be „poste restante” or a P.O. box. Once we have accepted your order and confirmed the details, we will send the items to you straight away if they are in stock. Delivery is paid by the customer according to Econt Express's current rates. Orders received with incorrect or missing delivery details are cancelled if we do not receive the correct details within 48 hours of the order being placed. Such orders receive the status „REJECTED”, as they cannot be fulfilled.
Orders placed and confirmed on a working day by 15:00 are dispatched the same day if the items ordered are in stock. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are delivered on the second working day after that. Confirmation is sent by e-mail. If an item is currently out of stock, we will let you know by phone or e-mail. Where necessary, we will call you to clarify the details of your order.
Delivery takes place on the next working day (except in cases of delay on the part of the courier company and for small towns and villages served according to the courier's schedule). We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier.
Orders placed on a Friday are delivered on Saturday (to larger towns) or on Monday (to smaller towns and villages); orders addressed to an Econt office are delivered on the next working day.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange a product bought from us for the same product in a different size or colour, or for another product in stock. You can do so by the 14th working day after the conclusion of the sales contract or by the 14th working day after receiving the goods/service, without owing any compensation or penalty. In this case you only pay for the delivery and return of the product and for sending the new product, according to Econt Express's current rates.
If the value of the returned product is higher than that of the product you take instead, the difference is refunded, at your choice, to your bank account or by Econt postal money order within 3 working days of our receiving the goods back. If the price of the newly chosen product is higher, you can pay the difference cash on delivery when you receive it.
The product you exchange must be unused, in its original packaging and with its original labels. It must have no stains if it has been tried on, and no odours (sweat, perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.). If these conditions are not met, we may refuse to accept the returned product and to exchange it for another one.
Please do not send a parcel for exchange before contacting us! Every parcel needs to be arranged with us before you send it; otherwise we have no way of knowing its details. Thank you!
RETURNS
You can return an ordered product at the moment you receive it, without giving a reason. In this case you only pay for the delivery and return of the product according to Econt Express's current rates.
You can return a product bought from us within 7 working days of the conclusion of the sales contract or by the seventh working day after receiving the goods/service, without owing any compensation or penalty. In this case you only pay for the delivery and return of the product according to Econt Express's current rates.
